Project Admin Assistant

Hardian Health is a digital health technology consultancy which focuses on accelerating innovative software, including artificial intelligence, to the clinical frontline by providing clinical, regulatory, health economics and IP specialist services to a global range of industrial partners, researchers, investors, and healthcare providers.

We are looking for a Project Admin Assistant to join our growing Operations team. You will work closely with the Operations Manager to streamline the administrative processes around all of the ongoing and prospective projects for all verticals.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone highly organised and proactive who enjoys being at the heart of operations, and supporting projects from start to finish.

The right candidate will have a passion for innovation and automation. They will enjoy ensuring that procedures are followed and will work to find the quickest and most efficient way to complete the task.

Overview of company and job details

  • Fully remote working (UK location of your choice), we are a virtual company with quarterly in person meet ups (generally in London).

  • FTE Salary: up to £30,000 PA

Details of the role

  • Report directly to the Operations Manager

  • Management of our CRM

  • Ensuring that all project records are kept up to date

  • Compiling Statement of Work and Master Service agreements for new projects

  • Attending Business Development (BD) calls in an administrative capacity (e.g. accurate note taking (AI assisted), recording of actions, task assignment)

  • Working with department heads to accurately record, process and move on BD activities within our CRM

  • Working with the Operations Manager to effectively manage company wide resource management

  • Opportunity for exposure as to how software medical devices are developed and regulated

Skills and experience

Essential:

  • Comfortable in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides and Docs), CRM environment.

  • An ability to pick up new tools and systems quickly is essential.

  • Ability to diligently manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise workload.

  • Must already have the right to work in the UK. Hardian does not offer sponsorships.

Desirable:

  • Experience in process automation (Make / Zapier etc).

  • Project management experience

Who you will be working with

The Project Admin Assistant will report directly to Sarah Bell, Operations Manager. They will also attend business calls with entire range of the Hardian team.
